Week 7 Half Mary Training Recap

Oh snap! I almost forgot to post last week's training recap. 
It's not much to brag about so I will be quick about it!

Monday 2/11
Elliptical 45 min (4.70 miles)
#FitFebruary 45 pushups

Tuesday 2/12
5 x 800 Interval Workout (3.92 miles)
(with .25 walk breaks in between)

Wednesday 2/13
REST

Thursday 2/14
Ran 4 miles (39:45)
#FitFebruary 30 pushups

Friday 2/15 
Ran 3.1 miles (32:41)
#FitFebruary 15 pushups

Saturday 2/16
REST

Sunday 2/17
Scheduled 6.2 mile at racepace
Completed: 0 miles
No pushups either

Total Miles Ran: 11.02

I had a very busy weekend with birthday events and the snow so I didn't get my last run in and I really slacked on the pushups this week. Not sure why...the motivation was not really there.

But this weekend I have a 10 mile race and I am super excited for it. I ran it last year and it's on a beautiful greenway so the scenery is amazing!

Only 3 weeks til my half marathon! Getting nervous and excited all at the same time!
