I missed 2 of my scheduled runs: 7 hill repeats & 3 mile easy run.
I had planned to do both of those today but to honest I was just plain exhausted physically, so I decided not to run today.
I also had some housework on the plate this weekend that took alot of my time up.
I plan to get at least 4 days of running in next week including my 12 mile long run!
Way to go, girl! You're doing a great job!
ReplyDeleteMissing runs is no fun, but it is probably for the best to listen to your body and mind telling you to take a break. Your week looks great all in all!
ReplyDeleteNot bad!! keep it up! Missing Run is no fun but Elliptical is a good alternative!
