Three Things Thursday

Three really boring things....

I ran on the treadmill today for the first time in FOREVER!

It was pouring rain all day today and I had to run 35 min. So I did on the treadmill and I was once again reminded of how much I hate running on the treadmill.

It's boring, really sweaty and just tedius.

I really love running outside and running on the treadmill made me appreciate that.

Tonight they are calling for SNOW here in Charlotte. The crazy thing is that it has been in the 50's and 60's this week, it has been raining for two days and tonight it's supposed to snow for about 4 hours and then get really cold at the same time, but then around 7am, it's supposed to be sunny and tomorrow's high is in the 50's.

Crazy Charlotte weather like always!

I have lived in Charlotte my entire life and while I love to get snow, I am not very confident in this forecast and I definitely don't expect it to stick to the roads. Guess we shall see!

I think I am getting sick. Today I woke up and just didn't feel great, kind of like something is coming on but I don't know what it is.

I really really really hope I am not getting the flu, since that seems to the epidemic going around.

I am going to do my best to get rest, drink lots of fluids and take ibuprofen if I feel a fever coming on.

Tomorrow is Friday and I am looking forward to a beautiful sunny weekend of running!
