So apparently today was National Admin Professionals Day!
Which means they brought bagels in for breakfast...which meant double breakfast for Missy, oatmeal on the way to work and then blueberry bagel with smear at work lol
I know but I hardly ever eat bagels anymore...so it's always a treat.
And then my boss bought us lunch and we got Cantina Mexicana! Yum!
Now I am a huge fan of mexican food, I love it! But this mexican food, here in the picture, that I ate for lunch...was good but it sat in my stomach like a little mexican food baby ALL afternoon! I felt bloated and big and fat lol
That is not the kind of mexican food that I enjoy eating, I totally felt guilty all afternoon because I knew that I ate a bunch of bad stuff for lunch lol
Now that I have been eating better every time I eat "bad" food I feel so bloated and gross.
Does that ever happen to you?
So I could not wait to get home and go for a run and run off all that crap that I ate for lunch.
I ran 4.3 miles and actually pretty fast...not really planning to. It was a great run and I felt amazing afterwards like a weight had been lifted off of me!
It was a beautiful day and I really enjoyed running this evening!
